The founders established Readeck Nova with the hope that it would become a place that opens doors for those who step beyond their place in "everyday life", believe in their potential, and run toward new possibilities.

私たちは、正義感や倫理観、美的感覚など、論理によって理由を説明しきれないような事柄にこだわることを重視しています。複数の選択肢があった場合に行う意思決定を、論理だけで片付けない意識は、習慣、気品、挨拶、共感、感動、感謝など、あらゆる方面に広がり、やがて信頼やビジョンの実現へと繋がります。Readeck Nova では、自身が取った行動や、運営している事業、そしてそれがもたらす影響や結果に誇りを持てるように、自分が心から「わくわく」を感じられ、正しいと信じられるものを「感じ」、それを「実現」していきます。
We place great importance on matters such as a sense of justice, ethics, and aesthetics — things that cannot be fully explained by logic alone. When faced with multiple choices, choosing not to rely solely on logic influences our habits, refinement, greetings, empathy, inspiration, gratitude, and many other aspects of our lives. These ultimately lead to trust and the realization of our vision. At Readeck Nova, we strive to "feel" what genuinely excites us and what we believe to be right, so that we can take pride in our actions, our businesses, and the impact they create — and then "realize" them.
何を実現したいのか、という目的理解がなければ、何も達成することはできません。大きなビジョンを確実に理解し、状況に伴って目的への道筋が変化した場合にも、それを見失わないような、目的意識を明確に持つことで、大きな目的を達成していきたいと考えています。
Without understanding what we truly wish to achieve, nothing can be accomplished. By clearly grasping our greater vision and maintaining clarity of purpose — even when the path toward it changes with circumstances — we aim to accomplish meaningful and ambitious goals.
これは賛否両論かもしれませんが、絶対的に「正しい」と言えることは、何もないと思っています。私が誰かのためになることをしたとしても、他の立場の人にとっては嫌なことかもしれません。何かを選択するということは、何かを切り捨てるということであり、何かの行動を取ることは、常に良い行いでもあり、悪い行いでもあるのです。
だから、私は「社会のために」や「世界をより良くするために」などと勝手に世界を語りたくありません。皆さんが求める理想の世界は、私には分かりませんし、私は全ての人に対して「より良い世界」を保証することはできないからです。
それでも、私はこれから Readeck Nova と共に、自分が正しいと思う道を進みたいのです。Readeck Nova は、自分が純粋に「わくわく」することを追求する過程で、私なりに人を助け、社会をより良くし、世界に夢や希望を与えていくために設立しました。
こだわりが強いこんな私ですが、私の持つビジョンに共感してくださる方がいらっしゃるのであれば、ぜひ一緒に子供達が跳んで喜ぶような、「わくわく」に溢れた素敵な世界を一緒に作り上げていきたいと思っております。
This may invite differing opinions, but I believe there is nothing that can be called absolutely "right". Even if I do something believing it benefits someone, it may be unpleasant from another person's perspective. To choose something is to discard something else. Every action we take can be both good and bad at the same time.
That is why I do not wish to casually speak of "for society" or "to make the world better." I do not know what kind of ideal world each of you seeks, and I cannot guarantee a "better world" for everyone.
Even so, together with Readeck Nova, I wish to walk the path I believe to be right. Readeck Nova was founded as I pursue what genuinely fills me with "excitement" — and through that pursuit, in my own way, to help others, improve society, and bring dreams and hope into the world.
I am someone with strong convictions, but if there are those who resonate with my vision, I would be honored to build together a wonderful world overflowing with "excitement" — a world where children jump with joy.
